ABOUT US
Licensing/Industry Support
HorseTourneys is an official affiliate of Xpressbet. LLC, one of the major account wagering sites in North America. Xpressbet maintains a multi-state jurisdictional license through the Oregon Racing Commission, and also owns separate licenses in all U.S. states where those are required. Through its partnership with Xpressbet, HorseTourneys is fully licensed to operate in all jurisdictions where our services are offered.
HorseTourneys maintains contract agreements with all tracks featured on the platform and pays commissions to tracks and horsemen for use of that content. HorseTourneys further supports the industry through the payments of regulatory and licensing fees, source market fees where necessary, program data fees via Equibase and video rights fees to Racetrack Television Network. HorseTourneys is a trusted partner of the National Thoroughbred Racing Association (NTRA), the industry's trade association; and Breeders' Cup Limited, the sport's annual Championship event.
